Our policy

Literacy tutoring requires work on your part as a parent as well as the willingness of the student to work hard. Here are the expectations for tutoring:

• Parents MUST work on "At Home Practice" as prescribed by the tutor between sessions.

• Students must arrive on time and be picked up on time.

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 24-hour notice. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours will be considered a no-show. After 3 no-shows your student will be removed from the program. 

• If approved for the Steve Carter Literacy Grant invoices must be approved within a timely manner.

• Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made (grants).
